This week has been a little thin on the blogging material. I had been chatting with my sister about what we had and have been making for dinner, now that groceries are so much more expensive. She had been inspired by an Oprah show where they made two meals from a roasted chicken. Well, I thought I’d give it a try and I think this was the first time I had done one. I’ve made turkeys, but usually I’ll just do chicken cutlets. I followed one on Ina Gartner’s recipes. The chicken turned out fine but as Sophia said, where’s the gravy Mom? Next time I think I’ll make some with it. Tonight I plan to make some sort of Tertrazini with the leftovers. img_0314img_0315
