Yesterday was great. Kindra and her assistant Tracey worked so hard and took a ton of photos. It is going to be so hard to wait to see the finished ones in the magazine. They came just before 11, bearing bouquets of tulips and muffins, and left at 4:30. They organized groups of my work, set up beautiful still lives, showed me working and we even squeezed in a shoot in Narragansett on the beach, with the whole family. After we got back from the beach, I quickly made dinner and then headed out to do my pitch at RISD. It went well and I really want to do it again to a larger audience. Everyone who presented had different visions and shared them. Anyhoo, I’d better get back to all the things that haven’t been done while I’ve had my big Wednesday.
