We had ourselves a grand tea time. Our friends the dynamic Mother and Daughter duo of Mary Anne and Mary Beth chose the venue of Trinity Confections, in Warwick, http://trinityconfections.net/index.htm. Janine McMahon the proprietor couldn’t of been sweeter and treated us like queens. She said to come hungry and we did, good thing because our tea was made up of multi-courses. They included, scones with clotted cream and lemon curd, tea-pot shaped sugar cookies, two choices of soup; potato leek, ginger carrot, a salad with grapes, walnuts, mixed greens and nuts,  quiche with ham & gruyere cheese, then the three level cake stand with homemade cookies, homemade chocolates & bonbons, and scrumptious tea sandwiches. I think we tried 4 different teas to compliment the different courses. It was delicious and our nutty tea-cup head-bands were a hit! (Shari do recognize the clip on earrings Sophia is wearing?) I just told Marc that this was my Mother’s Day treat. (And I couldn’t of been happier in my $5 dollar dress)
